Artists on the Brink show

I am sitting here on the couch after a productive rehearsal with Kirk.  He is playing his guitar and looking for perfect sounds for our show on the 10th.  I'm so excited to play.  There are going to be many talented acts that night.  We plan to play more New York shows after this one.

It's been a hot day here in the city.  We went in looking for a pedal for the show.  Kirk found it.  Thank you Ludlow Guitars!  One day I will buy Kirk a double cut away White Falcon.  I've seen it and it's a beauty.

We are all creating all the time, though not always consciously.  I would like to consciously create more in my life and see (or hear) what happens.  Here's to new creations!

You know,i check in on you guys every once in a while to see if theres anything new going on and i have to tell you,your voice is unbelievable.My record is supposed to be out this year,and i have to tell you it was hugely influenced by that BBS record i got from Gary Ashly like back in 2003.Do you work with other musicians?I would like to send you some tracks and see how it would turn out?Every time i put that record or play it for some one ,in im like"why isnt this thing huge?"Especially in this day and age.Music politics are the worst.I heard your guys story and i think it was that MCA merged or something.If i was you i would go to geffen,get the masters back,and re-release it on another label.If they dont give back the masters then record it over.(It would be gruelling,and a miserable task but would be worth it).Im telling you this beacause i had to do it recentlly with Universal Records for my record that never came out in 2005,I re-recorded it and it got picked up by another label.It actually happened right away 4 years later because were in a time that elecronic music is in its prime..It worked out great because it sounds ten times better and now have people behind it other than some a-r guy that no one cares about.Thats the case here Annette,that things great and needs to be heard.My mother lsitens to words of wordless may on her i pod all the time.So do i..I should send you over our record so you can be like,"oh thats cool,Or be like "oh what a jerk,im gonna sue this guy"!haha..Anyway,good to see your still working on music.Get your new stuff out there,cant wait to hear it.
